I am Taryn Aponte and I have spent the last two decades mastering the skills it takes to get you home.
For the past 22 years, I have been a middle school Special Education teacher. That world taught me how to be a fierce advocate, a creative problem-solver and, most importantly, a patient listener. I’ve spent my career finding a way forward through every challenge to ensure that all of my students had exactly what they needed to succeed. And let’s be honest, if I can handle a room full of 13 year olds on a rainy Monday, I can handle anything life throws my way.
When I’m not in the classroom (or now, out showing houses!), I’m a mom to two teenage girls and a crazy dog. That means I’m a professional negotiator, a master of chaotic schedules, and I know exactly what makes a house feel like a “forever home” for a growing family.
