Getting Ready for Phase 2

Here in Long Island, NY we have been one of the first in the country to shut down in the COVID-19 pandemic.  On March 22nd we were required to cease all "in person" contact.  It is now the beginning of June and we hope to see real estate open in the next week as part of Phase 2.  As you can imagine, most people would not make the largest purchase of their lives virtually.  A home is one that is found through the feelings invoked when you walk through the front doors and imagine your life and the memories you will create inside the home.

I am excited to return to my daily activities.  I miss working outside my home.  I have spent this time educating myself and purchasing protective equipment (gloves, booties, masks, etc.) for the protection of my sellers homes as well as the potential buyers.

I am ready to safely return to work and to safely guide you through the home buying or selling process.  Ask me what has changed, because just as our world has changed during this time so has the way real estate is going to be handled.
